Club constitution

Every Incorporated club is required to comply with the “Associations Incorporated Act 1981”. Our Incorporated number is 1574. Here is a copy of our certificate of Incorporation.

The club has recently changed the constitution from the 1982 original version which was typed on a manual typewriter.

Anyone under 30 may not comprehend a world pre computers but things did get done and I dare say people could spell better.

The recent changes have formalised the practice that the club embraces more than just FX and FJ Holdens.
